We meet in the mornings at 5:45 AM behind Willy's Mexicana Grill (1071 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30309). Our days start at 6:00 AM and are done by 6:45 AM when we start our “cool down”. We will have you in your car and on your way by 7:00 AM at the very latest.

Each four week session runs Tuesday through Friday on the first week and then Monday/Tuesday - Thursday/Friday the next three weeks.
