this month i’m extra thankful for bc4c, because nothing beats starting the day with a lightning fast run under your belt with so many amazing faces!
great run today, super speedies! i know i say this every run day–this group is getting soooo fast!
buckle up for a 5 day ride this week. see you tomorrow!
No doubt — I had the group that Kara led down to 4th…err…3rd Street at 4.27 miles, with splits for the first four miles of 10:27, 8:30, 9:11, and 8:27.
I will say, Leigh’s steady diet of hill running seems to be paying off, as I spent much less time today cursing him under my breath than I usually do.
The “We-were-with-Leigh” posse kicked some Ga Tech beee –hind this morning! You’ll were amaaaazzzing.
Do you like how we intersected with the Army crowd twice? Leigh and I arranged that. Totally calculated. Too bad Tracy was not there! But Lynn was Bollins was! Some of them were yawning. I told them to to wake up.
P.S. Jeff .. I KNOW you have never sworn about Leigh under your breath. You would never do that. Anyways, just do it out loud. Are you afraid he is going to work you harder when he hears
And you know you wanted that extra bit to 3rd street..
you??
8–0!!! Rise Up! We need a Falcons Day!
Great run this morning Speedies! Thanks Andrew for taking us on the Beltline. Very fun! Good way to kick off 2 weeks of 5 days in a row!
See you in the morning!
Hate to have missed this morning, but I apparently am incapable of setting an alarm properly after a late night at the falcon’s game.
Can’t wait to see everyone for the rest of the week.
