You Did It!
You survived a hellish 5-day week! Nasty humidity, high temps, brutal workouts, and not a single rest day. What will we think of next?
How are you feeling? Will you be back for more next week?
Get some rest this weekend, eat well, drink lots of water, and we’ll see you all on Monday.
Forever yours,
The trainers

Great job Speedies! You all looked awesome this morning. I was hoping that we could run through the fountain, but then Tracy reminded me that it might use the fish water.
Have a great weekend and see you bright early Monday!
This is the first time I’ve completed 5 days in a row (and may be my last). I hurt everywhere and I’m about to fall asleep from exhaustion. Literally, I’m taking half a day off work to go home and nap! Shazia, why did you get us involved in this perfect attendance crap??? At least we’re 75% there…
Thanks for a fun run this morning Kathleen! A nice couple of miles was perfect.
Kathleen you would have been safe with the fountain. I believe since it is intended to be played in, so has to meet similar chemical standards as a swimming pool.
Great run through portions of Virginia Highlands with the super speedies today. Kara you were really pushing it out there.
Hopefully everyone will get to sleep in some tomorrow. It has been a long tough week, but we still have 4 days left. Stay strong through the end of the month.
WOW! What a week! I think I’m broken — everything hurts. I’m going to invest in some epson salt this evening.
Kudos to everyone for completing this week! The BC4C trainers really challenged us and everyone stepped it up to meet the challenge.
Kathleen, it was a good run this morning! Thanks to Andy, Mary Ellen and Tracy for keeping us motivated and moving.
Crazy hell week!
way to end it with a hard as hell run both groups!
drink a lot of liquids this weekend and rest 4 days of July left.
I feel like Captain America today anybody else?
We did it, Wes! I am hurting all over and am gping to rake a nap as well. But I thought I’d never ever ever say this: run wasn’t so bad! I had been avoiding it all these months and perfect attendance forced me to come. Great job speedies– I hope you all rest up to shout in Monday! Rick– hope you are feeling better.
I’m glad I left the body condom at home today. Wowzers! Sweat drippin’ down my face, arms, legs, fingers, toes, knees…you get the point. Daniel — that run was killer and I’m glad I showed up because I would’ve never run that on my own. Kara, Dennis, Boy Jamie, and everyone else did so well with the hills, backwards running, and high knees! It was fun running with my fellow Asians, too
Kudos to those of you who completed all 5 days this week — you must have legs/buns/abs/lungs of steel! And to those of you who still have perfect attendance — DANG! KEEP IT UP! THAT IS OUTSTANDING!
Hope you have a restful weekend! If you’re looking for something fun to do outside, check out the Festival On Ponce: http://festivalonponce.com/

Yeah for perfect attendance! the grouches above are just pretending not to be proud, but they secretly are very proud. As anticipated, we had one more drop-out (and yes, Graham, I know you didn’t have a choice, but still). But don’t you feel awesome!? It is a badge of honor, especially with a 5 day week! Cherry, Susan, Graham, Wes Wes, Shazia and me! One more week left and we can just take off the entire month of August!
I was also very proud of all the super rockets (Kathleen, I thought you changed the name?) today. Everyone that I challenged totally stepped up and exceeded my challenge. Kate, Chris, Wes and Shazia all gave me the go-to-hell-look when I offered up my challenge, but they all just kept at it. Great job! Rest up this weekend and get ready for week 4!
Tracy, check your list again.
Eeeeeee! Good call Leigh! Scratch Graham off that list!
Eeeeee! Scratch that poster — not from Thomas!
SO impressed by everyone who pushed so, so hard today! Nice.
Leigh and Daniel .. thanks as usual for always pushing us and never letting us get off easy. Leigh and Daniel in front of pack = pace yourself stat. Loved the variety. Even know I joke about how I don’t trust you .. ” it’s all downhill from here” (before several front to backs) … I really appreciate all that you and the other instructors do. And yes,we can do a hydration station in front of Casa Land any run day
Way to go on today’s run super speedies! Leigh and Daniel didn’t make it easy for us! Tracy, I will have to take my name off the list as I have to go to a conference next week
